Privacy Policy

This page explains what happens to information you send through this website — the contact form, the newsletter signup — and which outside services the site relies on to work.

Effective date 4 August 2026 Applies to elitehealthandwellnesscenter.com

What this page does not cover

This is a website policy only. It covers the website. It does not describe how the practice handles patient records, and it is not a Notice of Privacy Practices. Those are separate documents supplied by the practice.

The contact form

The form on the contact page asks for five things: your name, your phone number, your email address, which service you are interested in, and the best time of day to call you. We use them for one purpose — to reply to you and, if you would like, to arrange a visit.

The form deliberately has no free-text box, so there is nowhere on it to enter symptoms, medications, diagnoses, dates of birth or insurance details — a website form is not a secure or appropriate place for any of that. Anything clinical is discussed when we speak, or at your visit.

Submissions are delivered to the practice through the form service provided by our website host, Netlify, and are forwarded to the practice's email. They are kept for as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of the inquiry. They are not sold, rented or used for advertising.

The form includes one hidden field that people never see. It exists to catch automated spam. If it is filled in, the submission is discarded.

The newsletter

Entering your address in the newsletter box opens the practice's signup page hosted by GoDaddy Email Marketing, where you confirm the subscription. The address you typed is passed to that page so you do not have to type it twice, which means it reaches GoDaddy at that moment — before you confirm. The list itself is held there, not on this website, and is subject to GoDaddy's own handling of that data. It is used to send occasional news about services and promotions. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and you can leave the list at any time.

Hosting, and what the server records

The site is hosted by Netlify. Like any web host, Netlify records ordinary technical information when a page is requested — the requesting IP address, the page requested, the time, and the browser's user-agent string. This is standard server logging used to deliver the site and to keep it secure. The practice does not use it to build a profile of you.

Analytics and cookies

There is no analytics or advertising tracking on this site at present. The site sets no cookies of its own and shows no advertising. Your browser stores two small pieces of information locally: where you positioned the helper panel, and any treatments you added to a consultation list while browsing. Both stay on your own device, are never transmitted to the practice or anyone else, and are cleared when you clear your browser data. If analytics are added later, this page will be updated to say so.

Embedded and linked services

Three pieces of the site come from elsewhere. The typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which loads automatically on every page — Google receives your IP address as part of that request, in the same way any website you visit does. The introduction film is served by YouTube in its no-cookie mode, which still means YouTube sees the request when the video loads. The location map is served by Google Maps and only loads after you choose to show it. Of the three, only the typefaces load without you doing anything.

Several buttons take you to services the practice uses but does not run — appointment requests, the supplement dispensary, and the hormone-therapy partner. Once you follow one of those links you are on that company's site, under its privacy policy, not this one.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information through it from children under 13.

Your choices, and how to reach us

You can ask what the practice holds from a website inquiry, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. To do any of these, or to ask a question about this page, contact the office.
